OnixFeed for Book Stores
Multi-store for multiple sales channels
One catalog. Many storefronts. No duplicate data.
OnixFeed is built so a single catalog can feed multiple e-commerce stores and channels without re-entering data into separate systems. You maintain book metadata, stock, and rights once; you choose what goes where and export or publish per store or partner.
Store collections
Define which books belong to each store, such as a main site, school-sales shop, or specialist store. Add WooCommerce or Shopify as a channel, then give each shop its own market, pricing, edition grouping, stock settings, and update schedule. The book list stays shared while each storefront keeps the commercial settings it needs.
Multiple WooCommerce sites
Create a store collection and add a WooCommerce channel for each site. Set the market, pricing, edition grouping, and update schedule for that store, then connect the OnixFeed Woo plugin with its collection key. Each shop receives only the books and data assigned to its collection.
Shopify alongside WooCommerce
Publish the same curated book list to WooCommerce and Shopify, or connect it to several Shopify shops. Each channel is configured separately, while titles, covers, contributors, and other catalogue information continue to come from OnixFeed.
Multiple ONIX feeds
Create several outbound ONIX feed configs (e.g. one per distributor, retailer, or library partner). Each feed can include a different set of titles and options (covers, inventory, etc.). One catalog, many ONIX outputs.
No duplicate data entry
Update a title, price, or stock once; reflect it in every feed and store you choose.
Consistent metadata
ONIX-compliant data everywhere; no drift between sites or partners.
Flexible growth
One collection can supply WooCommerce and one or more Shopify shops. Create another store collection when a shop needs a different selection. Either way, you are extending the catalogue you already maintain rather than starting another system.
