Publisher Restrictions
When a user has the Publisher role with specific publishers assigned:
- They only see books from those publishers
- They can only create books for those publishers
- Feeds, exports, and reports are filtered to their publishers
- They cannot access other publishers' data
Tips
- Use appropriate roles - Give users only the access they need
- Assign publishers carefully - Restricts data access properly
- Keep accounts active - Deactivate instead of deleting for audit trails
- Review permissions regularly - Ensure access levels are still appropriate
