PDF Catalogs and Flyers in OnixFeed

OnixFeed can turn catalogue data into a single-book flyer or a multi-book PDF catalog. Templates live under PDF templates. Generation happens from a book or from an outbound feed.

You need Edit catalogue to manage templates.

PDF template configs

Open PDF templates in the sidebar (also linked from Admin → Settings as Manage PDF templates).

1. Click Create config.
2. Give the config a name and choose a template preset.
3. Set logo, layout, page size, and orientation.
4. Choose what to include, and mark a config as default if you want.

You can edit, delete, or set a default from the list.

Assign a config on an outbound feed using PDF template config (for Generate PDF Catalog).

Single-book flyer

1. Open a book.
2. Click Export PDF in the book editor header.
3. The flyer uses your template settings and the book’s current metadata.

Multi-book catalog from a feed

1. Open ONIX Feeds → Outbound.
2. Confirm the feed has the right books (Manage Books) and a PDF template config.
3. Click PDF Catalog on the feed row.

Use this for sales teams, librarians, or events. All data comes from the ONIX-ready catalogue - fix titles in Books first.
