Rights Management in OnixFeed

Rights Management stores reusable rights profiles - territories, formats, and optional dates - and lets you assign them to books. Assigned rights can go out in ONIX.

You need Edit catalogue.

Create a profile

1. Open Rights Management.
2. Click + Add New Profile (or Create First Rights Profile).
3. Set a profile name, optional description, and publisher.
4. Tick at least one territory and one format.
5. Leave perpetual on, or set start and end dates.
6. Optionally mark the profile default and active.
7. Save.

You can edit profiles from the list. Each profile shows its territories.

Assign to books

1. Open Books.
2. Select the titles.
3. Choose Assign Rights Profile and Apply Action.
4. Pick the profile and confirm.

Check a book after assignment if you need to confirm territories. Sales rights can also be updated in bulk via sectioned ONIX import.
